1. General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms) set out the rules for using the CROBNB website available at: [website address] (hereinafter: Website).

    • browsing accommodation listings in Croatia,
    • submitting booking inquiries,
    • contacting CROBNB support,
    • accessing informational content about the region.
  2. The Website is not an instant-booking platform. Every booking is confirmed individually by e-mail or phone.

3. Terms of use of the Website

  1. A user of the Website (hereinafter: User) may be any natural person with full legal capacity, or a legal entity.
  2. Use of the Website is voluntary and free of charge.
  3. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, and standards of good conduct.

4. Bookings and payments

  1. The User may submit a booking inquiry via the contact form or by e-mail.
  2. Upon receiving the inquiry, CROBNB contacts the User to confirm availability and terms.
  3. Payment terms (deposit, final payment, payment methods) are agreed individually in each case.
  4. Once a booking is confirmed, an agreement is formed between the User and the Operator of the specific listing (e.g. the owner of the accommodation), mediated by CROBNB.

5. Cancellations and complaints

  1. Cancellation terms are set individually for each listing.
  2. In the event of any issues with accommodation or service quality, the User should contact CROBNB promptly.
  3. Complaints may be submitted in writing to: [e-mail address]. Complaints are processed within up to 14 business days.

6. Liability

  1. CROBNB makes every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but is not liable for the actions or omissions of accommodation owners.
  2. CROBNB is not liable for interruptions to the Website resulting from technical causes or causes beyond the Operator’s control.
  3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during contact or booking.

7. Intellectual property

  1. All content published on the Website (text, photos, graphics, logo) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or third parties.
  2. Copying, processing, or using this material without prior consent is prohibited.

8. Personal data

  1. Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
  2. Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions
