How We Select Apartments
Adriamore isn’t a catalog with thousands of listings. We’d rather have fewer apartments — ones we’ve actually checked ourselves — so before any listing goes live, it goes through a few concrete steps.
What we check before publishing a listing
Real photos
We don’t publish stock photos or advertising graphics. Photos have to show the apartment as it really is — the interior, the bathroom, the terrace, and the surrounding area.
Complete description
Standard, number of beds, amenities, distance to the beach and town center — we check that the description matches the photos and doesn’t leave out important details.
Clear stay terms
Cancellation rules, deposits, and payment terms have to be stated upfront — no hidden conditions that only surface once you’ve booked.
A real host
You deal directly with the person who knows the apartment and the area — not with an anonymous agency juggling dozens of listings at once.
Places we actually know
We focus on central Dalmatia — Split, Trogir, Omiš, Makarska and Šibenik — the region we know from our own travels. We choose places we’ve personally visited or thoroughly checked, instead of adding every submitted listing automatically.
An honest look at where we are right now
Adriamore is a new service — we don’t yet have hundreds of verified listings or years of history, and we’re not pretending otherwise. What we can guarantee today is selection over volume: every published listing has gone through the steps above, not just a submission form.
